Building on the fundamentals introduced in our first workshop, Part II will continue the conversation with additional information, tools, and resources to help entrepreneurs and small business owners strengthen and grow their businesses. This interactive workshop will explore important areas of running a business, including topics related to marketing, employees and human resources, and other considerations that come with operating and growing a business. Whether you are thinking about starting a business, recently launched one, or already own an established business, this workshop is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, connect with local resources, and hear practical information that can help you take your next steps. You do not need to have attended Part I to participate.
