Join the Hispanic Business Alliance for Part II of our Grow Your Business Workshop series! Building on the fundamentals introduced in our first workshop, Part II will continue the conversation with additional information, tools, and resources to help entrepreneurs and small business owners strengthen and grow their businesses. This interactive workshop will explore important areas of running a business, including topics related to marketing, employees and human resources, and other considerations that come with operating and growing a business. Whether you are thinking about starting a business, recently launched one, or already own an established business, this workshop is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, connect with local resources, and hear practical information that can help you take your next steps. You do not need to have attended Part I to participate. Continuando con los fundamentos presentados en nuestro primer taller, la Parte II ofrecerá más información, herramientas y recursos para ayudar a emprendedores y dueños de pequeños negocios a fortalecer y hacer crecer sus negocios. Este taller interactivo explorará diferentes áreas importantes para manejar un negocio, incluyendo temas relacionados con marketing, empleados y recursos humanos, además de otras consideraciones importantes al operar y hacer crecer un negocio. Ya sea que estés considerando comenzar un negocio, hayas abierto uno recientemente o ya tengas un negocio establecido, este taller será una oportunidad para aprender, hacer preguntas, conocer recursos locales y obtener información práctica que te ayude a tomar tus próximos pasos.
