WHAT’S BEING PLANNED: The Community Development Department is preparing the Draft Objective Residential Design Standards. These standards establish design regulations for new residential and residential mixed-use buildings. 
 
WHERE YOU COME IN: We want to ensure the community has the chance to participate and provide input on the Objective Residential Design Standards and learn from the community about what aspects of residential project design matter to you.

We invite you to review the document and provide your feedback using one of the following methods:
