Community Partners in Caring is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Deputy Director to join our team in Santa Maria, serving Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.

This senior leadership role works closely with our Executive Director to support high-quality programs and outreach for older adults and adults living with disabilities. The Deputy Director will help lead program operations, supervise staff, build community partnerships, advance outreach and marketing efforts, support volunteer engagement, and contribute to grant development, reporting, and organizational growth.

Full-time, exempt

Starting salary: $74,880–$83,200 annually

Based in Santa Maria, with travel throughout Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties

Occasional evening and weekend community events may be required
