We are currently hiring Part-Time Program Leaders in Santa Maria at $23/hour. These roles provide an opportunity to mentor students, gain hands-on classroom experience, and develop valuable leadership and career skills. 

As an added benefit, Program Leaders hired between July 1, 2026, and September 2, 2026, are eligible for a $200 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 90 days of employment.
