Pick your own spray-free blueberries! We have 5 varieties to choose from. Mike is a retired, 4th generation SM Valley broccoli farmer. In anticipation of retirement he planted blueberries 8 years ago on Dominion Road after researching their health benefits. He chose not use conventional farming practices. Instead, he uses organic fertigation & NO insecticides. However, they are NOT certified organic at this time. At the request of our kids, we've added strawberries for U-Pick. Each year we add a couple more items for the U-Pickers that visit. We planted blackberries, apricots, plums & lavender last year that will hopefully produce a small harvest this year. Since there are no insecticides used, pickers may taste along the way to find their favorite blueberry variety. We anticipate opening mid to late February.
