You are invited to join us as we celebrate the Grand Opening of The Grapevine Residential Care Facility! 

The Grapevine Residential Care Facility is excited to introduce a warm, welcoming home for your loved ones—a place where compassion meets everyday living, and every moment is filled with dignity, respect, and care. 

The Grand Opening will take place on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 1130 Grapevine Road, Santa Maria, CA 93454. The official Grand Opening Ceremony will begin at 11:00 A.M., followed by two Open House sessions. Guests are welcome to drop by during the daytime session from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. or the evening session from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. 

During the Open House, you will have the opportunity to tour the residence, meet the dedicated care team, and learn more about The Grapevine's commitment to compassionate care, comfortable living, and peace of mind for local families. Whether you are actively looking for care options or simply want to support a new business in our community, we look forward to seeing you there!
