Resources at the Santa Maria Public Library
The City of Santa Maria Public Library presents a series of learning opportunities about the free resources available from the California State Library. Library staff will present “Library 101: Databases and Resources” on Wednesday, October 11th from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Library’s Learning Center. The Library is located at 421 South McClelland Street.
Attendees will learn about Northstar Learning, an online platform that provides assessments, instructor-led curricula and self-directed online learning for basic digital literacy skills. Northstar is easily accessed with a library card. Space is limited and registration is required.
