Jamie is a California native with deep roots in our community. Starting his career in the industry prior to graduating from Righetti High School, Jamie’s course was solidified early. Jamie began by learning a strong work ethic in the family business. Working in multiple departments of the Termite industry, the knowledge of building science was enhanced. Performing home repairs first hand helped Jamie understand not only -how- the damage occurred, but -why- the damage occurred. Adopting the notion that it’s not enough to fix the problem, but to correct the issue. Through his career he has managed to develop a keen sense of finding answers by evaluating all available information. At Phoenix Property Inspections, Jamie not only has real world insight to actual conditions, he also has years of in field experience and the ability to objectively evaluate conditions.
