A grounding & energizing yoga practice that includes mostly fluid transitions from pose to pose. We will be uniting body, mind, & breath. Designed as a moving meditation, every Vinyasa class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, & balanced, while practicing being present to the moment. After turning our attention inward, we will greet the sun with sun salutations & continue our flow from there.
