DESCRIPTION:The City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department and the People for Leisure and Youth (PLAY)\, Inc. are pleased to announce the return of the Summer Concerts in the Park.  The free concert series is a fun\, family-friendly event and is suitable for all ages.\n\n \n\nPerformances will be held throughout the summer from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on select Sunday afternoons\, at the following parks\, Pioneer Park\, located at 1150 W. Foster Road\; Rotary Centennial Park\, located at 2628 South College Drive\; and Acquistapace Park\, located at 1921 S. Western Avenue (adjacent to Jimenez Elementary School).\n\n \n\nMark your calendar and enjoy an afternoon of fun while listening to popular local bands:\n\n \n\nSeating is on a first-come\, first-served basis. Canopies and BBQ grills are only allowed in designated areas. View the Summer Concerts in the Park lineup online.
