They'll be accompanied by Cowboy Poet Dick Gibford and live music from Sim Williams. Prior to Saturday Night's Bar-B-Q celebration\, Geoff Montgomery from Morro Bay Butcher + Deli is hosting a butchery class on Saturday morning\, focusing on mastering meat preparation techniques and the art of breaking down a whole hog. In the afternoon\, there'll be a whiskey tasting and class with Central Coast Distillers\, Rod & Hammer.\n\n\n\nYou will have the flexibility to choose between purchasing tickets for all three events or selecting specific events that interest you the most over the weekend.
