The Santa Maria Valley Chamber’s Hispanic Business Alliance invites the community to join us for our HBA Grow Your Business Workshop on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

These workshops are designed to support local entrepreneurs and small businesses by providing practical tools, resources, and networking opportunities. Each session features an educational presentation focused on helping businesses grow, along with opportunities to connect with fellow business owners and community leaders.

This month’s workshop theme is:
Conectando Su Negocio con el Talento Local / Connecting Your Business with Local Talent

Attendees will learn more about strategies, resources, and opportunities to help connect their businesses with local talent and strengthen workforce development efforts in the Santa Maria Valley.

The evening will also feature a special Business Spotlight presented by Chase, highlighting resources and opportunities available to local businesses and entrepreneurs.

Guests will also enjoy light refreshments will and have the opportunity to participate in a raffle drawing at the end of the night.

The Santa Maria Valley Chamber Hispanic Business Alliance's mission is to provide the Hispanic Business community with resources and networking opportunities and assist in Hispanic Youth education. The Chamber recognizes that our community is stronger when all businesses succeed and sees the Hispanic Business Alliance as an opportunity to provide outreach, networking, and support to those Hispanic Businesses. The Hispanic Business Alliance Committee leadership is comprised of Hispanic businesses and stakeholders who assist the Chamber with directing these efforts.
