Hosted in partnership with the Santa Maria Valley Chamber, Leadership Santa Maria Valley, and the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board, this event is an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives on professional growth, connect with industry trailblazers, and see firsthand how innovation comes to life at a world-class facility. 

Event Highlights: 

  • Inspiring Panel Discussion: Local female leaders will share their personal career journeys, breakthrough moments, and what it takes to thrive. Discussion topics include powerful leadership strategies, finding your voice in any room, and advocating for yourself at any stage of your career. 
  • Interactive Q&A: Attendees will have the opportunity to ask the panelists questions about building credibility, navigating professional growth, and developing a leadership mindset. 
  • Behind-the-Scenes Tour: Enjoy an exclusive tour of the Hardy Diagnostics facility following the panel, showing the science, technology, and manufacturing happening in real time.
