We are a non-profit community outreach agency that helps create and manage Senior Support Networks in order to reduce the incidence of malnutrition, poor general health, and isolation among the elderly.  We’ve been in existence for over 20 years. Because we are funded through gifts; government and philanthropic grants, our services are always free.  You are invited to join the movement to ensure seniors in your neighborhood age in place with dignity.
